Justin Arth, MBA.

Graduate of Texas Wesleyan University. Began training with Dr. Tom House in the Spring of 2021 when making the jump to pursue professional football opportunities. Has currently played 5 years of professional football between NFL, CFL, UFL workout opportunities, Indoor/Arena Football and International football leagues. Arth is a Tom House Sports Certified Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Energy Recovery Specialist, and Nutritionist.

After pitching for seven years in the MLB, House received his Ph.D. in Sports/Performance Psychology while becoming a pitching coach. Since, House has become a highly recognized arm specialist coaching both baseballs elite pitchers as well as elite NFL quarterbacks. He has coached NFL Quarterbacks such as Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Alex Smith, Carson Palmer, and Andrew Luck. House’s knowledge of proper biomechanics and ability to analyze a quarterback’s throwing motion is unparalleled. Recently, Tom House has been utilizing 3D-Motions Analysis to take a throwing motion examination to the next level. House is also an advisor for the American Sports Medicine Institute, educated in the proper methods of sustaining an athlete’s healthy nutrition and muscle development. He also has degrees in Nutrition, Exercise Science, and Biomechanics.
Robert Ambrose, MBA.

Graduate of Embry Riddle University and Georgia State University. Ambrose is a Tom House Sports Master Coach in Biomechanics, Functional Strength, Nutrition/Recovery and Mental Performance. The 2024 American Baseball Coaches Association Teaching Professional of the Year has helped develop countless Quarterbacks, Pitchers, Golfers and other rotational athletes, including QBPI Founder and Professional Quarterback, Justin Arth, and Major League Pitchers Jose Berrios and Sawyer Gipson-Long.
Lauren Bailey, OD.
Sports Vision Institute | QBPI Partner
Dr. Bailey has been in private practice in Plano, TX since 2010. Since 2019, she has been working on a couple of special programs including a dry eye and aesthetics clinic (West Plano Dry Eye & Aesthetics and the Lauren Bailey Skin Care line), the sensory program for athletes (Sports Vision Institute), and a clinic for the vision impaired (Low Vision Institute of Texas). She also is involved in international medical humanitarian work.
